Jannelle was a pleasure to work with throughout this process and she was emphathetic for the hiccups encountered with my bank. This put me as the buyer at ease. Furthermore as a first time home buyer she fostered a positive environment where I felt comfortable to ask any questions since I was overwhelmed. Janelle was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond with communication - especially during a very frustrating part of the lending process. She did everything she could - even though so much was beyond her control. We felt so informed and supported. In the end, it all worked out and we knew she worked and cared just as much as we did. It felt really good to have her on our team and in our corner. You will feel well cared for and taken care of - and she really does!
